Ages 6+

Cartwheels, somersaults, handstands and more! Start the basics of flipping here, as we work on the skills and drills needed to develop tumbling skills. Perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, martial artists, or gymnasts that want more time to tumble.

Ages 6+

Instructor recommendation required. Build on the skills learned in the beginner class and work on more complex tumbling from back handsprings through tucks, layouts and aerials.

Ages 5-9

Learn all the basics you'll need for cheerleading!  Basic/beginner tumbling, jump technique, strong motions, and short cheers will be incorporated every month. No prior experience needed!
