Recreational Gymnastics - ages 5 & up

Our Recreational Gymnastics classes are designed for children ages 5 and up. We offer a variety of fun, challenging classes based on skill progressions.

Navigators

Girls ages 5+

Start here! This class for beginners will introduce the basic skills and concepts on vault, bars, beam and floor.

​

After Navigators, the Level 1 class will challenge your child to master the basic gymnastics skills independently, while gaining strength & flexibility.

Intermediate

After Level 1, this class builds on skills developed in prior classes, working on more challenging skills on all gymnastics events.

After Level 2, our Level 3 program prepares your child with the skills and conditioning needed for joining our Compass Gymnastics Team.

Navigator Boys

Beginner

Boys ages 5+

Start here!  This class for beginners will introduce basic gymnastics skills and concepts on vault, floor, and bars including fundamental positions and proper technique.

After Navigator Boys, this intermediate/advanced class will build on the basics and introduce more complex skills.  The class will also incorporate additional strength & flexibility.

Boys Classes

Compass Gymnastics is a year round program with a flat rate monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month. If five classes are available, we do not increase tuition. If three classes are available, we do not pro rate tuition.

We do not offer make up classes.

​

Class tuition is automatically charged on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month using the credit or debit card you have on file. Changes may be made to your credit card at any time through your customer portal or at the front desk.
